Handling Instructions:
All Charl's products are to be kept frozen in a freezer. Simply remove the individual wrapping from the dessert and let thaw for a few minutes then serve.
Are your products Kosher? All Charl's products are certified Kosher. We make our products with only the finest ingredients.

Packaging:
Our products are shipped frozen throughout the east coast each day. The case size is a 10 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 9" box. See Product Code Chart for product count per case and portions size of each product.

Storing:
Extra care should be taken with Charl's products to preserve their fine quality. Since they are perishable, store them at -10 degrees F

Benefits:
The ice cream has 50% overrun. Overrun is the amount of air that is pumped into ice cream. This makes the center cold and solid.

Ice cream truffles:
the chocolate surrounding the ice cream acts like an insulator which helps keep the ice cream cold. Ice cream pies: Fresh baked cake - the cake insulates the ice cream from melting in a warm serving dish.

Features:
Charl's ice cream pies are left plain specifically so that an establishment will have the flexibility to garnish any way they wish. The end result is a signature dessert which they have created. Charl's spumoni wedge is a 54 year old recipe and still today, Charl's biggest selling item.

Ingredients:
Charl's Ice Cream Specialties are all made with 15% butterfat ice creams, 22%-24% butterfat cocoa, Northwest Strawberries and Raspberries, and pure milk chocolate.
